Stylianos Grigoriadis has studied at Université de Paris and at HEC Paris. The world of innovation and business has fascinated him from an early age. In 2018 Stylianos and his brother, Georgios Grigoriadis, a graduate of Beaux Arts de Paris, founded the pioneering startup BeFoo and offer Parisians personalized healthy gastronomy meals, influenced by the Mediterranean cuisine. BeFoo was selected by the gastronomy guide Gault&Millau and appeared as one of France’s top five most promising foodtech startups. This prize has given Stylianos the opportunity to cooperate with the gastronomy guide, in order to consolidate Greece on the world’s culinary map.
Gault&Millau Hellas was launched at the end of November 2018 and Stylianos became the youngest Gault&Millau president of the network of 20 countries. Gault&Millau is Greece’s first international restaurant guide.
During the first quarantine Stylianos along with his brother, voluntarily created an application and a digital user friendly system for the National Blood Donation Center. The system’s primary purpose is the digitalization of blood donation.

George Gregoriadis studied Architecture in ENSAPM in Paris from 2013 to 2019, where he developed his thesis in the department of “Digital Knowledge”, on the subject: “How do we inhabit a new world?” This study, which was later named “Paligenesia”, proposes a strategy of relocating in a new world, Mars, where life is not the same as it is on Earth. At the same time as his studies, he founded the “Axto 3D” company and decided to get involved with the technology of 3D printing, which allowed him to create models for architectural offices. He is also involved with parametric design in architecture. He then started along with his brother, Stilianos Gregoriadis, a start-up company in Paris, which they named “BeFoo”. Through this company they provide personalized meal subscriptions thanks to the nutrition algorithm they created. Since March 2020 and the beginning of COVID-19 spread in Europe, he alongside his brother initiated a voluntary project called (translated from Greek) “We Give Blood”. With the suport of the Director of EKEA (National Blood Donation Center), Mr. Stamoulis, they created a system of applications that digitizes blood donation in Greece. Every citizen can now easily and quickly book a blood donation visit.
